Thank you Annette,
Meeting the 2008 Miss Hispanic Gulf Coast Contestants this past Saturday was truly a pleasure. I was so proud of my Hispanic heritage after seeing all these beautiful, smart, Latina young ladies. They are all winners to me!
I wish you much success and fun with this year's pageant event at the YMCA in Bonita Springs, it is going to be a fun filled day with the YMCA Fall Festival during the day, and this great SW Florida beauty pageant in the evening. Look forward to the date...

My name is Audrey Veliz and I am participating in the 2008 Miss Hispanic Gulfcoast pageant. This pageant has showed me who i am as a Latina. I am proud to be hispanic and with the experience of this pageant i can show others what i am capable of as a young latina. So far it has been a wonderful experience and no other pageant can top this one. I have come out of my shell and now i am able to be myself around others. Also, what makes this pageant so great is that the other contestants are like a family to me. We help and support each other even though there's only one winner. I am learning a lot from publicity to having self-confidence. All this has been made possible through Mrs. Annette's anticipation for girls to be themselves around anyone and to be proud of your background. I'd like to thank the girls for their support even though we are competing with each other. I especially want to thank Annette for this journey of improvement in my self-confidence. She has made me blossom.
Miss hispanic will be featured on November 15,2008 at YMCA at the Palms of Bonita Springs. Be there! You won't want to miss out.

My name is Rosemary Morales and I am representing Puerto Rico in the Miss Hispanic Gulf Coast Pageant. This pageant has taught me many things such as: self-confidence, how to have a positive self-image, and great advice on how to represent myself to others. I love how this pageant is not focused on looks, but on any girl that believes in herself and who can be a positive role model for young Hispanic girls. I am so glad I joined the Miss Hispanic Gulf Coast Pageant. I am enjoying every minute of this life changing event. I would like to thank Mrs. Annette for introducing all the girls to great guest speakers. I personally know that I am learning from each guest speaker and putting what they have said into practice. Although, there will only be one winner. I know in the end all of the other Contestants and I will still feel like winners, because we will be gaining so much more; such as: great advice, confidence, and never ending friendships that we have all established.
If anyone wants to have a great time and experience what will be the best event in South West Florida Join us: November 15,2008 at YMCA at the Palms of Bonita Springs
